Get a Smoke ring for Electric Smoker
- Apply Morton Curring Salt to the both sides of brisket and leacve in the fridgeator for 3 to 4 hours
- Wash the brisket to remove the tender quick curing salt
- Cook the Brisket like you normally would:
- 90 mins per pound at 225 to 250 degrees.
- When internal Temperures stalls a 160 – 170
- Remove form Smoker adn Wrappwith Pink Butcher Paper
- Return to Smoke at 250 = 275 untill the internal temperature reaches 203 degrees
- Remove let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Slice across the grain
