Get a Smoke ring for Electric Smoker

  • Apply Morton Curring Salt to the both sides of brisket and leacve in the fridgeator for 3 to 4 hours
  • Wash the brisket to remove the tender quick curing salt
  • Cook the Brisket like you normally would:
    • 90 mins per pound at 225 to 250 degrees.
    • When internal Temperures stalls a 160 – 170
      • Remove form Smoker adn Wrappwith Pink Butcher Paper
    • Return to Smoke at 250 = 275 untill the internal temperature reaches 203 degrees
    • Remove let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
    • Slice across the grain
