I wrote, stared, and edited this video training on the voice features of the Nextel iDEN handsets.  This video was used by a very large utility company to train their remote field workers.

I received Sprint Nextel's Annual Momentum Award for 2007 fo rmy work and achievement with is project.

These videos are jsust a piece of  a large modulized eLearning Course that I developed and produced.

The second example of my Course development is a Simulator of one of our web based tools.   The Wireless Manager Simulator is a self contained web page simulator.  This training tool enabled my team of training professional to easily and effective train an end user on the Web based product even if connect to the internet was not possible.  This tool gave the learner a real life feel of the product and not a static screen-shot in a PowerPoint slide.

This Training tool award by Sprint Nextel's Annual Innovation Award for 2006.
