I am a self motivated self starter that is very pasion about Adult Education.

I joined Sprint Nextel in 1995 after moving to Las Vegas from Dayton, Ohio.   In my current role as a Program/Project Manager, I develop and conduct a variety of training courses customized for Sprint Nextel’s largest and most important external customers in conjunction with the Custom Network Solutions Group. 

 

My expertise and certification with iDEN devices and data applications extend from embedded solutions to console integration and RFID solutions. 

 

My previous roles were as a Customer Education Specialist in the Las Vegas Executive Briefing Center (formerly NEXTEL Center of Excellence), where I gained subject matter expertise of all devices and data applications available on the iDEN network. 

 

Before the briefing center, I initiated the Indirect Sales Channel for the Las Vegas Market, where he honed his management skills and developed his passion for training.


 I have received a certification in Basic and Advanced Instructional Design from Langevin Learning Services.


I have been recognized numerous times for my instructional design and facilitation skills.
